On arrival in Phnom Penh you will be met and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon enjoy a brief city orientation walk and a visit to the National Museum, a treasure chest of Angkorian and pre- Angkorian artifacts

Today visit the Royal Palace and the incredible solid silver- floored Silver Pagoda, the chilling Toul Sleng Genocide Museum and the ‘Killing Fields’ at Choeung Ek. Also visit one of Phnom Penh’s many vibrant markets

Travelling to Siem Reap, stop in Skuon to sample sautéed spiders a local delicacy. Further on visit Sambor Prei Kuk – the site of Chenla-era capital and its temples, Kampong Thom town is nearby and you will have lunch. Stop at the ancient stone bridge in Kampong Kdei, built 1,000 years ago. Arrive in Siem Reap and you are free to explore Siem Reap at your leisure.

This morning set out for nearby Angkor Thom city with its 600 year old temples and complete your exploration with a visit to The Bayon and its numerous faces. Before returning to your hotel climb up Bakeng to get a view over 12th century built Angkor Wat

Today an early morning visit for sunrise at Angkor Wat allows you to better appreciate the magnificence of this incredible temple swathed in the soft early morning light. Later in the day take a beautiful Tonle Sap Lake cruise passing floating villages complete with schools, restaurants and hospitals

Travelling out to visit three special temples outside the main Angkor group allows you to explore the well-preserved Banteay Srei, explore King Suryavarman II’s 11th century Beang Mealea complex and Banteay Samre before returning to Siem Reap
