Tour Plan

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel. After a welcome drink and tour briefing, you are free to explore the delights of Ha Noi’s colonial past

Today cycle through the rural countryside of the Red River Delta with its lush rice fields, modest villages, placid water buffalos and toiling farmers punctuating the landscape as you head to the World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay, with its mystical limestone karsts

Spend this morning cruising through the bay’s staggering scenery, with opportunities to swim and explore the legendary caves. After a sumptuous seafood lunch, you head back to the harbour and cycle back to Ha Noi, and take an overnight train journey to Hue

Arrive Hue in the morning and cycle along the Perfume River to the beautiful Thien Mu Pagoda. Board a traditional Dragon Boat and sail up the majestic and inspiring Perfume River to the tomb of King Ming Mang, before returning to gentle bustle of Hue

This morning you explore the Imperial Citadel before cycling over the Hai Van Pass to Da Nang. Crossing the Han River, you follow the coastal road through Marble Mountains and China Beach to the atmospheric old port town of Hoi An

Pedaling to Tra Que Village, you join a farmer on his plot and then head of on a tour through the narrow heritage streets with  200-year-old  houses,  Japanese  covered  bridge, temples and vibrant market. The remainder of the day is free to relax on beautiful Cua Dai beach

Leaving the charms of Hoi An behind, you cycle through the rice fields of central Viet Nam, observing the busy rural life first hand. You visit the My Lai Memorial a moving and poignant reminder to the horrors of war before arriving into Quang Ngai

A combination of driving and cycling takes you through spectacular   highlands’   scenery   to   Kon   Tum,   the northernmost region of the central highlands. You visit surrounding minority villages and Rong – huge communal houses where the central highland villagers gather for special occasions

Leaving Kon Tum, you cycle to Buon Me Thuot, stopping at a famous Wooden Church built in 1913 and learn something about the local culture. Upon arriving at your hotel, you are free to explore the town and enjoy Viet Nam’s most famous coffee at a local cafe

Today is spent cycling through the highlands and its numerous villages, sweeping landscape and you will see one of the region’s most impressive waterfalls, the Dray Sap. There is also time to enjoy an elephant ride across the Lak Lake before returning to your hotel for dinner

Today’s route to the beachside town of Nha Trang takes you past dramatic granite cliffs, salt fields and shrimp farms and the picturesque bay and fishing village of Dai Lanh. On arrival in Nha Trang you are free to enjoy the beach at your leisure

Taking a rest from cycling, today you cruise through the islands of Nha Trang Bay and have time to enjoy Snorkeling and swimming, fresh seafood at a fishing village before returning to port. In the evening you have time to take a massage or manicure or relax and enjoy the night life on offer

From Nha Trang you fly to Ho Chi Minh City, the Viet Nam’s commercial heart and largest city. The remainder of today is free to walk around Ho Chi Minh City’s downtown area with its markets offering a great chance to try your bargain skill at the city’s shop stall lined streets

Cycling south to My Tho, you board your boat to cross the Mekong and navigate the leafy island waterways to arrive at a fruit orchard. Sample tropical fruit and learn about the Mekong Delta and the local way of life

Free at leisure until transferring to the airport for your departure flight
